General Terms & Conditions Section 1

Juaab (https://juaab.bet) is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Juaab and each user of its services ("Member").

1.1 Nature of Services

Juaab is an entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, e-sports betting, and other gaming services. A valid account is required to access all Juaab services.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• Members must be located in a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• Members must register using accurate and truthful information.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to comply with the legal restrictions of their country.

1.3 Language & Communication

The Bengali version of these terms is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. Juaab reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Account Registration Section 2

Signing up with Juaab is quick and straightforward. However, certain important rules must be followed during registration.

2.1 Registration Rules

• Each person may only create one account. If the same individual is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be terminated.
• The name, phone number, and national ID details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Registering with false information may result in your account being terminated at any time and your balance being forfeited.
• Only one account per person is permitted within the same household.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Juaab may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Payment Method Verification Details

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a violation of these Terms.

Deposits and withdrawals on Juaab are fully secure and fast. We support the most popular payment methods available in Bangladesh.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your balance instantly.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — doing so may subject your account to investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Try to withdraw to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 Supported Payment Methods

Juaab currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. Members will be notified separately if any payment methods are updated or added.

Bonuses & Promotions Section 4

Juaab regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. To take advantage of these offers, the following terms must be observed.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is subject to its own Wagering Requirement.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — once expired, they will be automatically cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another member.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit amount must be made and specific wagering requirements must be met. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

4.3 Cashback & Reload Bonus

Weekly cashback and reload bonuses are available for existing members. Eligibility is based on activity from the previous week.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If Juaab determines that a member is abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, that member's bonuses may be cancelled and their account suspended.

Betting Rules Section 5

The following rules are mandatory for all members while betting on Juaab.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet — including the odds, stake amount, and selected event.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect bets that have already been placed.

5.3 Match Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• For partially played matches, Juaab's decision is final.
• In the event of force majeure, Juaab reserves the right to void or modify any bet.

5.4 Technical Issues

If a bet cannot be processed correctly due to server or connectivity issues, Juaab reserves the right to void the bet and refund the amount. Deliberately exploiting technical errors is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities Section 6

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Juaab. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the same individual or household.
• Money Laundering: Using Juaab for the purpose of money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on any event where you may have influence over the outcome.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting to breach the security of the platform.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Allowing minors to access your account: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.

Account Suspension & Termination Section 7

Juaab reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure (subject to applicable conditions).

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months without a login. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be closed automatically. To recover any remaining balance, please contact support.
